To provide physical, spiritual, emotional & material support for parents experiencing crisis pregnancies.
Who we are?
We the members of Holy Family Parish have seen the need of pregnant moms in our community and feel uniquely positioned to support women in crisis pregnancies on their journey by providing physical, spiritual, emotional & material support. Crisis pregnancies present in many ways whether it is an unplanned pregnancy, a pregnancy with unexpected health complications of mom/baby, a family who has experienced financial difficulty or loss, or a family who has recently birthed a baby with unexpected medical needs.
What we do?
We connect expectant mothers with area resources to meet their physical, spiritual, emotional, and material needs. The process will be individualized to each woman and can vary from a onetime meeting to connect women with local resources or ongoing supports such as providing a companion for moms to journey with them through their pregnancy. Women will also receive the spiritual/emotional support of a parish team praying for the needs of themselves, their baby, and their family.
Why are we Walking with Mom’s in need?
While the Catholic Church has always been Pro Life and Pro Women; we are making a concentrated effort to reach every woman/family experiencing a crisis pregnancy in our area to provide support...because no women should have to face this time alone!
